Declan Galati maintains sole ownership of all original images create by him. Commissioned work. (including portraits) or ordered prints exist as a limited license of the edited piece for explicitly stated use per contract. All originals belong to Declan Galati.

Use or alteration of images delivered by Declan Galati to the client for the purpose of commercial gain by the client is entirely prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon by the two parties.

Licensing for commercial work is available upon request and is billed accordingly.
